How does matching actually work?

We read your resume into a profile: your skills, experience, education and location. Then we compare that profile against every active role we hold and rank them by how well they fit, not by whether they share a keyword. Every score comes with its reasons, so you can see what matched and what did not before spending time on an application.

Will this help me if I do not have much experience?

Yes. Fit is measured against what a role actually asks for, so a role that wants two years does not get buried under one that wants eight. You will also see where you fall short of a role before you apply, which is more useful than finding out three weeks later.

Yes. Upload your resume, see your matches and open every role without paying. We may add paid plans for advanced tools later, but seeing your matches stays free, and you will never be asked to pay to apply for a job.
